Bray Main Street Works 27th May 2013

 

Southbound traffic in Bray will continue to be be diverted via Quinsborough Rd., Eglington Rd and Florence Rd back to Main St. for the next 3 to 4 weeks. Delays are to be expected.

 

Today Tuesday 28th May 2013 :Work will continue on the drainage line at  the Quinnsborough Road /Main Street junction on the Eastern side for the day.

 

Expect delays and diversions at the Herbert Road/Main Street junction later this week.

 

It is anticipated the works which are funded by the National Transport Agency (NTA) and Bray Town Council (BTC) will be completed by October 2013 and will result in an improved road surface, bus and cycle lanes, new wider pavements, new street furniture and lighting, new signalized crossing points at the Civic Offices. Overall this will result in a more pleasant safer environment for visitors, shoppers and locals alike.
